The KVP Ambassador Team is a select group of dancers chosen for their artistry, professionalism, and commitment to community. Ambassadors collaborate across studios to create elevated dance imagery while gaining access to creative projects, professional experiences, and brand opportunities throughout the year.

Requirements for consideration to be accepted to the KVP Artists Include:
- Be a dancer willing and able to travel to the bucks, montgomery and surrounding counties in Pennsylvania
- Highly preferred to have previously worked with Kelsey directly
- Dancers with good technique, performance qualities, and who are not afraid of the camera
- An instagram account with 350+ followers
- 10 years of Age or older
- Someone who posts often, has positive content and is a good role model within their community
- Wants to promote the KVP brand in a positive light with a direct goal of growing KVP's dance or regular client base through referrals
- Attend Team sessions and follow through with team event & interaction participation
- Actively participate throughout the season term March-November

Ambassador tiers are based on overall participation, engagement, professionalism, and artistic readiness — not just follower count.

Apprentices

Apprentice Artists are dancers who are beginning/are in early stages of their journey within the KVP community. This tier focuses on growth, connection, and confidence-building while learning what it means to represent a professional creative brand.

Artists have demonstrated consistency, professionalism, and a strong commitment to the program. This tier represents dancers who actively contribute to the community and are ready for increased responsibility and opportunity.

Elite Artists represent the most engaged, professional, and brand-ready members of the team. This tier is intentionally limited and earned through participation, leadership, referrals and alignment with the values of KVP.
